Friobas reserves the right of changing the merchandise offered in the website www.friobas.com (modifications on products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the current price list at the moment of the confirmation of the order (subject to availability). All the prices of the products shown in this website are inclusive of VAT. In case of misprint or any other mistake for reasons beyond our control we will inform you about this mistake. You will have the option to cancel your order without any cost on your side. Likewise, Friobas informs you that the great majority of the photographic representations that you can find in our virtual catalogue are from products already cooked or prepared in any way, so please be aware that the pictures may be slightly different from the products that will finally be delivered.

Friobas will do everything possible to please all the customers in their request of products. In case any of the requested products is not available after the order has been placed, the customer would be informed of the cancellation of this order by email.

• BANK TRANSFER - Once the order has been placed the customer will receive a detail of the purchase, the total amount and the account number where the payment should be done. The order preparation will start immediately after the charge in our bank has been done or as soon as we receive proof of payment.

Delivery charges should be paid by the customer. Friobas will ask the customer to choose the place for the delivery, it can be either your home address, your work address or the address of any other center where you want the product delivered. Friobas will inform the client of the departure date from the distribution center by an email.
